Jon’s mission is to empower dentists with the leadership aptitude, executive skillset, and business strategies to maximize the intrinsic value of their practices. He has supported hundreds of doctors and their teams in unlocking their true potential. He is known for his high-powered, energetic, and enthusiastic approach. His passion for overcoming common challenges, building high-performance teams, and achieving synergistic results makes him an invaluable resource to any doctor seeking greater growth, profitability, and quality of life.
Jon graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. In Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and a B.S. in Psychology. He is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts and is a Certified Practitioner of DISC, Motivators, and Emotional Intelligence.

Memberships run annually and will include both meetings. The cost for 2024 is $125 annually (or $75 per meeting) for non- Affinity Bank clients, or $75 annually if you are an Affinity Bank client (or$40 per meeting).
